Hey all,

Had a Storm Sentinel for year, been amazing. Works awesome in all games I've thrown at it. MW3 however is the only problem. It is set up great, good DPI setting, using a CMStorm mousepad that's amazing and have latest drivers but when I play MW3 it feels fine then every 5-10seconds or so it goes from normal sensitivity and aiming well to doing three 360's or zooming off in random directions like it's quickly jumping to max sensitivity.

What the hell?

Anyone know what's going one, got me beat :D.

Hey cm storm, i really love your mouse, but there is this one problem that i've been having for the past few days. My scroll button becomes really hard and stiff, and i have to scroll it alot, to get it loose. Is this normal, or should send it in to have it fixed? thanks

The reason for doing this quick and easy cable management technique is not entirely for clean looks, but more so for good and consistant airflow as engineered by CM Storm.

Quick note, read the whole thing before attempting this as you may see that somethings will not work with your motherboard, ie: Port placements etc..

Step 1, Install all your components minus cables

Step 2, Layout all the PSU and other cables.

Step 3, Tie all the Front panel Cables together

Step 4, Tie all the LED and Fan Power/Switch Cables

Step 5, Connect the LED cable and power cable for the front fan to the correct plugs

Step 6, Cut all the cable ties

Step 7, Tie Fpanel cables to the case and route the cables through to the front of the case.

Step 8, Connect all the front panel connectors.

Step 9, Route the large ATX Cable through the same hole as you routed the front panel cables through, and connect it to the socket as follows.

Step 10, (this will change depending on motherboard) Connect your Front Panel Audio cable routed as above for this motherboard.

Step 11, Connect the rear case fan to the fan headers on the motherboard, or a fan controller.

Step 12, Connect the 12V CPU Cable as above, routing it above the case. Connect

Step 13, Connect Video card Power

Step 14, Connect HDD Power

Step 15, Tuck in cables under HD Bay or tie to the side.

Step 16, Connect the Molex power cable for the F panel controller.

Step 17, Connect Sata cable to HD and/or Optical Drive and pull to the front of the case and connect.

Step 18, cut all tie bands if you haven't already done so. This is how your rear panel should look.

Step 19, Your front should look similar to this.

Closed

(Yes there is no RAM installed but this will not alter the outcome.)

Primarily this is designed to keep airflow to a good level, you may need to use more or less tie bands depending on your system, you can even make it neater however that will take more time and effort.
Hopefully this has made your efforts easier. These are by no means a set standard, this is a guide purely designed to help.
